Completed Public Art Projects
SeaHorse - The city secured the lease of SeaHorse by Oregon artist Ben Dye in late 2013, and, after the overwhelming popularity and response to the piece, staff worked with Ben to extend the lease with intent to purchase. The final purchase was made on January 6, 2017.

Gerry Crick Skate Park - The Arts Commission helped integrate a massive mural into the Gerry Crick Skate Park renovation project. They recruited local artist Aaron Lui-Kwan to design the mural and several skaters and community members helped to paint it.  The project was completed on August 21, 2016.
