PUGET SOUND REGIONAL FIRE AUTHORITY
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN & IMPACT FEES
TUESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2020 – 7:00 PM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Covington City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. during the regular City Council meeting at Covington City Hall Council Chambers, 16720 SE 271st Street, Covington, Washington.

The purpose of this public hearing is for the City Council to receive comments from the public, both written and oral, regarding a proposed ordinance adopting the 2020-2025 Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority (PSRFA) Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Update, Mitigation Level of Service Policy (updated 2019) and the proposed 2020 Fire Impact Fee Schedule pursuant to Chapter 19.50 CMC and RCW Chapter 26.70A and Chapter 82.02, which authorizes the collection of impact fees for development activity.

This notice and associated documents are available electronically for reference via the Citizens Connect public permit portal at permits.covingtonwa.gov/citizen (Search permit #LA19-0015).

All persons desiring to comment may do so in writing to the City Clerk, 16720 SE 271st Street, Suite 100, Covington, Washington 98042, or sscott@covingtonwa.gov, by Monday, January 13, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. or by appearing at the Public Hearing.
