City Observing Governor's Stay Home, Stay Healthy Order - City Hall Closed to Public

The City is observing the Governor's Stay Home, Stay Healthy Order. City Hall is closed to the public, the Covington Aquatic Center is still closed, and all park playgrounds, basketball courts, restrooms and drinking fountains are closed.

Many city employees are working from home and several essential workers will help keep our basic operations going including answering phones, receiving deliveries, and conducting maintenance.

As of today, March 26, Public Health has confirmed there are 11 COVID-19 cases in Covington and zero deaths. We'd like to remind everyone that it is imperative you and your family observe the order and STAY AT HOME unless participating in an essential activity. What does that even mean, you ask? Here is a great link that answers that question: https://coronavirus.wa.gov/spread-facts/what-does-it-mean-stay-home
