Notice of City Council Public Hearing re Revenue Sources October 27

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to 84.55.120 of the Revised Code of Washington, the Covington City Council will hold a public hearing on revenue sources, including consideration of possible increases in property tax revenues. The purpose of this public hearing is for the City Council to receive comments from the public, both written and oral, regarding the 2021 revenue sources and possible increase in property taxes.

This public hearing is by the Covington City Council at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Pursuant to Governor Jay Inslee’s Proclamation 20-28, issued on March 24, 2020, and as updated or amended in response to the COVID-19 health crises, the City of Covington City Council meeting will be held telephonically and virtually.
